General Hospital viewers will remember in a recent episode of General Hospital, that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) woke up from an extremely realistic nightmare after falling asleep on her couch! The lights went out on their own, and a looming spectre stood in the room telling her “Don’t forget me”! Worse yet, when she woke up deciding she had the nightmare from hell, she happened to notice on the drafting table in the living room that Jake does his artwork on there was fresh red paint on a painting with a tropical scene, saying “Don’t forget me!” General Hospital viewers will remember Elizabeth was very disturbed and called Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) who rushed over there immediately. After talking for a bit, Aiden told Jake he had a theory- the person stalking their mother was Franco, so he’d naturally have to be a ghost, since Franco has been dead for over a year!
General Hospital viewers will see Laura concerned about what Aiden is up to when she is at the Baldwin home and caring for her grandson; Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Jake Webber (Hudson West) are at school. Elizabeth can’t afford to be off work and Laura offered to babysit at their home after being brought up to speed on the latest strange occurrences, along with some extra added security. With Laura as mayor, she not only has made sure there are police monitoring the house, she has determined to have a live feed to the Port Charles Police Department from the security cameras and system recently installed. General Hospital viewers will see Laura wondering what Aiden is up to when he dons strange looking gear including some sort of night vision goggles on- he tells her he’s ghostbusting and he would be able to see Franco through the goggles if he’s there! Needless to say, to say Laura is taken aback is the understatement of the century!
General Hospital viewers will recall that Aiden is beyond the age of where he wouldn’t be able to distinguish between make-believe and reality, and she is concerned that he may be suffering some type of delusions! She questions Aiden and he fills her in on exactly what his mother said happened the night she thought she was having a nightmare, only to find the message from the ghost painted in red on one of Jake’s recent paintings! Laura knows that the boys have been ruled out as persons of interest in Elizabeth’s stalker case and doesn’t understand how the person got in and is even more confused about Elizabeth’s nightmare! Aiden has been watching paranormal investigator programs on television and that’s how he knew that night vision goggles would pick up ghosts – he borrowed them from a friend whose dad is a hunter and uses them to spot deer at night! General Hospital viewers can imagine that Laura will tell Aiden to return the goggles because the friend’s father may not know his son let Aiden borrow them, and she will think hard what to do from that point!
