GH Spoilers: Is Holly Really Her Doppelgänger Paloma?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease there is something a little off about “back from the presumed dead” Holly Sutton (Emma Samms). Could Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) have tracked down her doppelgänger half-sister Paloma Perez Sutton (Emma Samms)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Something’s Not Right

Something’s obviously not right with “Holly” since she crawled into the Quartermaine boathouse, even though she looks like herself and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) recognized her. For one thing, when Robert handed her his phone in the hospital to call her son Ethan Sutton (Nathan Sutton) she pressed the do not disturb button. Then she told him she couldn’t reach Ethan; that’s a strange thing to do when she hasn’t seen her son for over two years.

While Holly doesn’t have a twin, she does have a lookalike half-sister named Paloma Perez Sutton (Emma Samms). They share a father, Charles Sutton (Mark Roberts) but Paloma was a revolutionary who thought her father was a man named Luis Perez.

GH Spoilers – She Didn’t Want To Be Checked Out Medically

Holly didn’t want to be checked out medically, in fact she had to be forced to go to the hospital; she did get an MRI of her brain. It didn’t show any physical abnormalities or injuries and no reasons for her apparent memory loss; she did remember Monte Carlo and working for the WSB. There could be more of a reason than hatred of hospitals for her not to want any further testing; further tests may reveal she’s not really Holly. There is a possibility that she is Holly but she’s been programmed, but there definitely is not a brain chip like was found in Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). If she’s Paloma, she’s working a standard impersonation and hiding what really happened to Holly during the past couple of years, and she’s there as a distraction for Robert.

General Hospital Spoilers – Several Situations Could Be In Play

We know that Victor wanted to create a distraction to keep Robert and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) from finding the truth that would result in his takedown. It’s possible that even if Holly has surfaced Paloma could be running around Port Charles and she’s the Hook. It appears he’s got Alex Devane (Finola Hughes) too, and she’s the one who shot Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) unless she’s also Paloma in an Anna mask.

There’s also the possibility he has both Paloma and Alex impersonating their sisters, which Alex did for years anyway. Alex is better at it because of the memory transfer between herself and Anna, they were Patients One and Two of a total of six, Drew having been number five.
