GH Spoilers: Is Austin An Accomplice To Peter August’s Crimes?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that it’s still a mystery how Peter August (Wes Ramsey) escaped from the freezer he was placed in by Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) last summer. After Finn threw Peter down a back staircase at General Hospital, Liz showed up and they both believed that Peter was dead. Not wanting Finn to go to prison for Peter’s murder, they took Peter’s body to the sub-basement at General Hospital, where he was placed inside a freezer.

General Hospital Spoilers – Someone Saved Peter August!

Several weeks later, Finn and Liz were shocked to discover that Peter’s body was gone. Not long after that, Peter showed up alive and well, so someone had to have helped him escape from the sub-basement. Recently, Peter claimed that he had an accomplice all along. It seems likely that this is the same person who helped Peter escape from the freezer. Peter told Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) that he might be willing to name his accomplice, but who might that be?

GH Spoilers – Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt Is A Likely Suspect.

When Peter hired a nurse to take Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to deliver her baby, the cabin that Peter paid for belonged to Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). Austin also showed up just at the right time to deliver Maxie’s baby. Add to that the fact that cameras were placed all throughout the cabin make Austin look suspicious. Perhaps Peter has been paying Austin all along, even to befriend Maxie and Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Once Austin found out how far deep he is in with Peter, it might have been too late to get out of it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt May Not Be A Bad Guy!

Although whoever helped Peter would seem to be a criminal just like Peter, perhaps Peter just paid Austin to help with Maxie. He may not have knows what Peter was actually up to. But once he realized how dangerous Peter is, it may have been too late. Peter could be holding Austin’s actions over his head, forcing him to do even more of his dirty work.
