GH Spoilers: Gregory Puts Alexis On The On Seat, Feels She’s Avoiding Him

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will have some to the point questions for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). The two run into each other unexpectedly, and after some catching up with each other, he’ll want to know if they’re such a good team, why is she avoiding him?

General Hospital Spoilers – Catching Up

Alexis and Gregory catch up with each other at GH, in front of the Nurses’ Station as she tells him she’s glad she ran into him. Greg, surprised she even spoke to him, asks she is-questioning why is that, obviously feeling ghosted by her because he hasn’t heard from her. Alexis tells him that she wanted to tell him that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) is on the mend.

Greg tells Alexis he’s happy to hear that, then shrugs his shoulders and tells Alexis he doesn’t want to keep her. He assumes she’s going to the Port Charles Courthouse for Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) arraignment.

GH Spoilers – She’s Sending A Reporter

Alexis tells Greg actually, no, she’s not headed for the arraignment, having decided to send a reporter instead. She wants to ensure their newfound reputation for objectivity and impartiality. Greg agrees that is a good call on her part, and Alexis responds, saying credit where credit is due, telling him he was a constructive influence. Greg then questions Alexis if she thinks they’re such a good team why has she been avoiding him, confirming his feelings of being ghosted by her. The last time they had collaborated on anything was right before Diane was attacked, both agreeing after Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) death to move forward with Alexis’ “Jack The Ripper” idea.

General Hospital Spoilers – Diane Miller Had Disagreed

After Diane was attacked but had pulled through, largely to Greg’s son Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) recognizing a toxin that had killed Brando, Alexis had visited her. Diane had disagreed with Alexis’ idea of trying to find out who the Hook was by encouraging letters to the editor of The Invader, as was done with Jack The Ripper. She felt it was just poking the bear, and indeed could have prompted the Hook, who she was able to identify as a female, to attack her.

This very well could be the reason that Alexis had not communicated with Gregory, although it could have nothing to do with it. Alexis is very concerned about her family and friends’ safety, and may simply be preoccupied and not in touch.
