General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease there could be a good cop, bad cop situation in Port Charles. It wouldn’t be the first time, with a police chief having doubled as a mob boss one time years ago; could the hook slasher be Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse)?
General Hospital Spoilers – Black Trousers, Shiny Shoes
When the hook slasher attacked Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) in the alley behind Charlie’s Pub, it was seen that under the hoodie and jacket were black trousers and shiny black shoes. Cops’ uniforms include those items, and even though the shoes could have been shiny from being wet, they would still have been a black oxford style. The attacker was about the same height and build as Rory as well, and Rory had a recent conversation with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that could have been a clue.
Rory had told Trina that there was a lot that she didn’t know about him, and perhaps there is a lot that he doesn’t want known. He has appeared to write paperwork right handed whereas the attacker appeared to wield the hook with his left hand, but he could be ambidextrous.
GH Spoilers – But Why?
The attacker was already behind the pub when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) came out trying to find Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), who had left his sunglasses on a table inside. The attacker appeared poised to go after Josslyn, however stopped; but when Brando came out, he went after Brando after Josslyn left. The attacker ran off when he realized he’d been spotted by Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) who screamed and rushed to help Brando, then Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) came out. Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) followed. But who was the attacker after and if it is Rory, why would he go after Josslyn, Trina’s friend – or was he really after Brando, and why?
General Hospital Spoilers – Why Attack Ava Cassadine?
Again, the question of motive kicks in when considering that it was likely the same attacker who went after Ava Cassadine (Maura West); if it is Rory, why? It doesn’t make a lot of sense for him to try to kill Trina’s good friend and mentor, but then, when does a serial killer have any sense? The attacker could be a spree killer as well, differentiated by the randomness of victims, addicted to the thrill of the kill.
If the hook attacker, who is coming to be known simply as “The Hook” is Rory, one thing is for certain. He is one sick puppy who must have somehow faked his intense psychological testing for the police academy.
