Trina remains devastated after seeing Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) lose consciousness and apparently flat line as friends and family surround her in the GH ER. Her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) had told her he was weak and had lost a lot of blood as her friends and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) stood by. Curtis stands behind her as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) holds her hand, and asks if there are any updates.
More than likely, Portia and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have taken Rory for resuscitation efforts back in the operating room. It doesn’t look good for Rory to pull through, but there is always hope until they call it.
Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tells Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) it looks like he has gotten another lead. They are in another area of the hospital talking privately, and Dante had wanted to go look for The Hook but Jordan wanted him to stand by. He shows Jordan the possible lead that he received via a text on his phone and she considers it. Dante has lost enough coworkers and partners to want to solve this case and take The Hook down for good.
Elsewhere in the hospital, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) has continuing questions, most likely for Josslyn who had wanted to talk privately at Kelly’s. They were interrupted earlier by Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) starting a fight with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). It’s easy to see that Joss has increasing feelings for Dex while she has decreasing feelings for Dex, and it sounds like Cameron is going to call her on it. Josslyn will have some explaining to do because she’s been stringing Cameron along. Cameron asks if they can go somewhere private and talk.
Somewhere presumably in Europe, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is talking to Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart). She asks Valentin what they have to show for it, presumably asking about their search for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), aside from getting Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) in trouble. Special Agent Whitten (Mike Peebler) had caught up to Valentin and Anna at Tiffany Donely’s (Sharon Wyatt) house in Ireland thanks to Martin’s tracking them down. Martin stayed as a distraction so Anna and Valentin could get away, and Valentin will reassure Anna their mission’s not in vain.
In the meantime, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has shown up at the Jerome Art Gallery after Nikolas’ blindsiding Ava with divorce papers. Nikolas also used Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) ruse to Finn, telling Ava he and Elizabeth had an affair and she’s pregnant with his child. Finn had been asking too many questions about the identical bottle of prenatal vitamins he’d seen at Wyndemere and in Elizabeth’s hand.
Victor tells Ava, likely coming in on her still crying, and tells her the faster she puts this incident behind her, the better. Victor had been pushing Nikolas to divorce her anyway because of the Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) situation.
Nikolas keeps up his deceptions, likely even to his own mother as he talks to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Laura looks shocked as Nikolas tells her he’ll give her three guesses but he bets she can figure it out in one. He’s probably talking about divorcing Ava and telling her too, that he had an affair with Elizabeth and she’s pregnant. Laura will voice her faith in Spencer in this episode also, but she may not be so sure about her faith in Nikolas!
As for Elizabeth, she’s down on the docks and she fears the worst, as she warns someone on the phone that she’s afraid they’re walking into a trap. She could be warning Nikolas, her son Cameron, or even Laura as with another Hook attack, everyone’s in danger. She knows one thing for sure, it’s not Esmé, unless she goes back to the tower room and finds her missing.
However, the chances of that are extremely slim. Besides, the attacker jumped out a window and Esmé is probably not going to try a jump from a high place again.
Back with Ava, she’s declaring war, probably on Nikolas but maybe on Elizabeth. She’s at her laptop and is on the phone also, asking someone if they have her attention. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and Ava’s been scorned by Nikolas and Elizabeth making a baby behind her back. Whoever she’s delivering the warning to had better watch out. Ava does not play.
