General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, April 29 tease more drama on GH with regrets, explanations, and confrontations!

General Hospital Spoilers – Why Was The Photographer Chasing You?

At General Hospital, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has arrived to calm his frightened bride, who ran into Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) while fleeing an extremely persistent paparazzi! Brando asks Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) what reason the photographer gave for chasing her and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) with his car!

Previous episodes revealed the photographer, not surprisingly a friend of Grant Smoltz (David Lautman) harassed Sasha as she was at a celebration for the success of the Deception IPO. He chased her out of the building and took photos of her popping pills – Gladys removed the memory card from his camera, and he came after them!

GH Spoilers – I’ll Never Forgive Myself

Also at GH, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) talks to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about her mother, after they were called to come to the emergency room by his mother. Harmony had been injured very badly after Sasha and Gladys’ car hit her and had been brought in on a stretcher, where TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) was on call. As they wait for Harmony to come out of emergency surgery, Willow tearfully tells Michael she’ll never forgive herself for pushing her away. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Alexis Davis (temporarily Stephanie Erb) both know Harmony’s secrets – will Carly tell Willow she’s not really her mother?

General Hospital Spoilers – You’re The One I Have My Eyes On

Continuing a conversation at the Jerome Art Gallery, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) tells Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that she’s the one he has his eyes on! Previously on GH, he had interrupted a conversation she was having with Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Cruse) and showed his jealousy! After Rory left, Trina showed her own jealousy over Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and the two continue to argue. Spencer has been seemingly waffling between Esme and Trina since Esme came to Port Charles!

Spencer is only making Trina madder since Spencer has spent too much time waffling and not choosing between the two girls! He couldn’t be digging himself into a deeper hole if he were using an excavator!

GH Spoilers – You Made Your Choice, Now Deal With It!

Trina is madder than a wet hen as Spencer continues to plead his case with her, that he wants her, not Esme! Trina’s job is in danger, her schooling is in danger, and her life is being ruined by Esme’s framing her for the revenge porn she put up! Previous GH episodes showed Esme filming the video and planting the evidence on Trina! What makes Spencer think that he would ever have a chance with Trina again after all that?! Trina explodes at Spencer and shouts at him that he made his choice, now he has to deal with it!

General Hospital Spoilers – Why Were You At The ER?

It’s obvious that Josslyn has been looking for her mother, Carly, and finally finds her in the emergency room at GH! It’s possible that Michael may have called his sister since Carly did require some first aid treatment after her and Alexis’ confrontation with Harmony.

Josslyn can see that Carly is a little beat up and has some cuts and bruises on her face, and asks her what was she doing at the ER? Carly looks a little confused too, especially since it’s obvious she didn’t call her to come over there!

GH Spoilers – I Finally See Through It

Esme, in the meantime, is sniveling and sobbing and putting on her best little girl lost act to someone! She acts like a two-year-old someone has told to stand in a corner as she sobs she finally sees through someone’s act. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black – Esme should be much more concerned that someone’s finally seeing through her! An old saying says what goes around comes around, and karma’s headed straight for her behind this time around! She is likely still trying to fool Spencer after eavesdropping on his conversation on the phone!

General Hospital Spoilers – Tell Me You’re Not Letting Her Stay!

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is still in the doghouse as far as Ava Cassadine (Maura West) is concerned, and it’s all about Esme as usual! Nikolas still feels sorry for Esme and is still falling for her poor little rich girl routine, and Ava flies into a fury! Nikolas isn’t the brightest light in the Cassadine collection when it comes to seeing through people!

Ava gets in Nikolas’ face in front of the fireplace at Wyndemere Castle, and screeches at him as only Ava can! Ava demands of Nikolas to tell her she’s not letting Esme stay!!!
