GH Spoilers: Finn Wonders — If Elizabeth Isn’t Pregnant, Who Is?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) can feel his heart in his throat as he waits for Elizabeth to answer a question he knows will make or break their relationship: Are you pregnant? When he went to Wyndemere with questions about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he felt like Nik was giving him the runaround and dodging answering him.

As he conveyed this to Elizabeth when he went back to GH, he could tell it rattled her to know Finn went to Spoon Island. It all made sense to him when he noticed Elizabeth had a bottle of prenatal vitamins with her — the same kind of prenatal vitamins he saw at Nikolas’ place. So, is Elizabeth having a baby?

When Elizabeth tells Finn she’s not pregnant, he’s going to be stunned and relieved. Should he be? Obviously, if she was pregnant, he would know it’s not his child because they haven’t been spending any time together for awhile now. However, knowing she isn’t pregnant is only going to lead to more questions.
GH Spoilers Indicate Finn Has More Questions

Is Elizabeth lying? Should he believe her? Does he have any reason not to? Elizabeth doesn’t have the best track record of telling Finn the whole truth, but she’s never lied to him about anything too serious that he knows of. He was nearly ready to throw in the towel — which is ironically all that Elizabeth really wants to do — but she just couldn’t lie to him and break his heart in that way.

General Hospital Spoilers — Who is Expecting?

If Elizabeth isn’t expecting, who is? She’s probably not going to have any choice but to tell Finn the truth, although she could make up a lie that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) is pregnant, but that wouldn’t end well. Thus, Elizabeth will most likely tell Finn that Esme is on Spoon Island right where he thought, and she will beg him not to tell a soul.

Will Finn understand when she reveals the truth about what she’s been doing at Wyndemere? He might not be a fan of NIkolas’, but Finn should be on board with keeping their secret since turning Nikolas in would put Elizabeth at risk, too. After all, Elizabeth helped Finn cover it up when he thought he killed Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Doesn’t he owe her?
