GH Spoilers: Elizabeth Tells Finn She Lost The “Baby” — Will He Give Her Another Chance?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is well aware of the mess she’s made of her own life. What began as a scary battle with her own mind when repressed memories started to creep their way into present-day life, quickly spiraled downward into the penultimate moment of Elizabeth ending her relationship with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) with a massive lie that makes no sense. As she prepares to speak to Finn for the first time since their break-up, she wants to share the truth with him but may backpedal once she takes note of his new demeanor toward her.

As far as Finn is concerned, Elizabeth is still pregnant by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), after cheating on Finn with him. He has no idea that Nik and Liz have now mixed up the narrative once again and told Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) that Liz isn’t pregnant anymore. Would Finn feel any different if he knew Liz wasn’t bound to Nikolas anymore? Would he give her another chance if he thought she only broke things off because she got pregnant and not because she wanted Nik over him?

When Elizabeth approaches Finn, she’s going to be hesitant, not knowing what to expect from him or how kindly he will even take to her trying to talk to him. Are they supposed to never speak again? How will that work? After all, Elizabeth isn’t just Finn’s ex-girlfriend; she’s Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) aunt. When they speak, Elizabeth will experience a side of Finn she never knew existed. His cold demeanor will be a glaring representation of what she has done to him — and to the relationship they shared.

Although Elizabeth won’t have the nerve to tell Finn she had a miscarriage — regarding the child she was never really pregnant with — Finn will still come into the information on his own. In fact, when she has a conversation with him and fails to tell him she lost the “baby,” and he later hears it somewhere else, it’s going to leave him thinking there might be a reason she didn’t tell him. Could it be that she never wanted to continue with the relationship and her entire involvement with Nik was just an escape she felt she needed from Finn?
