GH Spoilers: Drew And Alexis Compare Notes, Something Doesn’t Add Up

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will compare notes. They will talk at Charlie’s Pub about what they each know about the story of Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother, and realize something doesn’t add up.

General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Search

At a table at Charlie’s Pub, Drew and Alexis sit at a table and Drew tells her Willow has decided to track down her birth mother. Alexis remarks that is quite an undertaking, and asks Drew why she’s decided to look for her now? Drew tells her he thinks since she’s pregnant, she’s realizing she has no family health history in case something comes up with the baby.

Then the two start talking about Denise Makenzie, (Alice Rietveld) the firefighter Drew tracked down who had once been a member of the Friends of Love and Peace Commune. Denise had been there at the same time Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) and her husband Douglas Miller (uncast character) when Kali Miller – Willow’s birth name – arrived.

GH Spoilers – Comparing Notes

Drew and Alexis continue to talk, and she asks him why he thinks there’s more to Denise’s story since previously he said her story corroborated Harmony’s story. Drew then tells Alexis that at first, he had taken Denise’s story at face value, but then afterwards he had done a little bit more digging.

Drew then says he found the census for that year that Joan (uncast character) arrived, who was the unwed mother Harmony and Denise had both said was Willow’s birth mother. He did find Josiah (uncast character) the commune leader in the census and was hoping to track him down for help with finding Willow’s birth father. Alexis then asks him if he had any luck tracking down Josiah, and he says he was still trying to pinpoint his exact location.

General Hospital Spoilers – Something Doesn’t Add Up

Drew continues talking to Alexis about the census, saying that it threw him that there was no record of anyone named Joan on the census taken at the commune. Alexis mentions she could have changed her name, because cult members sometimes are fluid with monikers, but Drew said there wasn’t even anyone matching Joan’s description. He gets that commune members flout authority at times but thinks a census taker should have noticed a very pregnant woman about to give birth.

Alexis agrees, and says she thinks his hunch is correct – something doesn’t add up and it jives with her source, so he’s right to question Denise’s story. Drew looks dumfounded and he’s speechless – with a look on his face that says he knows he’s been had.
