GH Spoilers: Diane Considers Cozying Up To One Of The Good Guys

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveals Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) might hold some kind of title for the smallest number of partners on GH. She could at least give Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee) a run for her money. Since she split with Max Giambetti (Derk Cheetwood), Diane has remained single and uninterested in pursuing a relationship — or anything else — with anyone. More recently, someone has finally piqued Diane’s interest, and she’s hanging in there hoping an opportunity presents itself for a change of pace in the world of relationships. It appears Diane has learned from the past.

General Hospital Spoilers — Diane Miller And Max Giambetti Just Didn’t Fit

Max was a great guy — until he wasn’t great for Diane anymore. Their relationship hit the bricks the first time when Max decided fidelity wasn’t going to be his strong suit anymore. When the truth came out that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) cheated on Kate Howard () with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Diane was taken aback to hear Max say it wasn’t really cheating since Sonny wasn’t married to Kate yet. That provoked Diane to question what cheating meant in Max’s book, and the answer wasn’t a good one. However, they still reconciled sometime later and spent a few more years in each other’s company before calling it quits for good.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Diane Has Cleaned Up Her Act

Alright, to be fair, Diane was never one of the bad guys. She’s merely a rockstar attorney who has defended her clients and done so well. So what if her clients happened to be in the mob? Whoever she defends is always going to be an accused criminal. Somehow, the people Diane defends are rarely found guilty. However, since her relationship with Max ended, Diane has been a little more distinct about wanting to keep her professional and personal life above board. She doesn’t want to know details about allegedly criminal acts that she doesn’t need to know. She’s just fine being kept out of the loop. That might work out rather well for her if she starts dating Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).

Robert would be a pretty nice change of pace for Diane. Dating someone on the right side of the law might be just what she needs to settle into a more relaxed relationship that can actually go somewhere serious. That being said, the time Max got shot was one of the scariest incidents in Diane’s life as she sat in the hospital hoping he would be okay. She’s not exactly bursting at the seams to date someone else who could be caught in the line of fire, but she’s going to make an exception this one time.
