General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) plan to host a New Year’s Eve party as her birthday celebration on the Haunted Star might be as memorable as the Titanic sinking, but we’re hoping for a better outcome where everyone goes home safe and alive. That may actually be asking too much in the land of Port Charles. What lies ahead for Britt’s birthday bash, and how many people will be touched by the events that occur that night?

The most likely memorable event to occur during Britt’s birthday party is that The Hook will attack someone else. We know they’re likely not too far out of sight. In fact, The Hook is probably operating within society and no one is the wiser.

The Haunted Star is the venue for Britt’s birthday extravaganza, and almost anyone could sneak on board as a member of the catering crew, bartenders, decorating team, and more. It’s not likely that Maxie is vetting every person coming on and off the ship as they prepare for the big night. Furthermore, if The Hook is a person everyone knows, then no one will think anything of it when they board the ship. If The Hook strikes at Britt’s party, it’s anyone’s guess who the next victim might be.

GH Spoilers Hint a Hook-Up is in Store

We’re hoping The Hook takes a night off, for Britt’s sake. The last thing she needs is her “last” birthday with the people she loves going out so sour. Rather, we’d love to see a good hook-up in store for Britt on her big night. Perhaps a certain stable boy will win her heart after all, or the right number of Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) ‘Britch’ cocktails will get her loosened up enough to let Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) slide into home base.

Typically, any time there is a large gathering on the Haunted Star, some lucky couple ends up in one of the bedrooms below deck. We’re hoping it’s time for Britt to find love again in her final days. Maybe this will be something that keeps her sticking around Port Charles a little longer.

Of course, there could be another outcome aboard the Haunted Star this New Year’s Eve. Britt has been working tirelessly to get to this day and wants it to be the most perfect birthday ever. She clearly intends to leave Port Charles and wants everyone to remember her this way, in good health.

However, news of her Huntington’s diagnosis could be revealed during her party if her symptoms take the stage in a way she can’t hide from her guests. What if Britt collapses or gets into an argument with her mom or Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) about her diagnosis and everyone else overhears it? There are so many possible ways she could be outed during her big night. Hey, it’s her party and we won’t blame her for crying if she wants to.
