GH Spoilers: Brenden Byrne Blackmails Harmony!

General Hospital Spoilers tease that after almost two years, the truth about why Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) died is coming to light. Neil seemed to be in a good place, having just reunited with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). But Neil died in Alexis’ bed, having apparently overdosed from injecting himself.

But as viewers know, Neil didn’t inject himself at all but was given the fatal dose by Harmony (Inga Cadranel). While it isn’t known yet why Harmony did the unthinkable, Neil’s brother Brenden Byrne (Josh Coxx) has a file that Neil left behind. A file that has Harmony’s name on it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brenden Byrne Is Looking For A Payout!

When Alexis first met Brenden, it was at Neil’s funeral. Brenden made it clear that he blamed Alexis for Neil’s death. And now he’s back, trying to use Alexis’ guilt to obtain some sort of payout. Alexis turned Brenden down flat, and then Harmony arrived.

General Hospital spoilers show Brenden recognized Harmony’s name and when he went back to his hotel room, he found Neil’s file with Harmony’s name on it. Whatever is in that file, it may contain the motive for Neil’s death. But the question then becomes, what will Neil do with the information!

GH Spoilers – Brenden Byrne Confronts Harmony Miller!

While it’s possible that Brenden will seek justice for his brother, he may be more interested in getting a payout. If he confronts Harmony with Neil’s file, he may try to blackmail her. But Harmony doesn’t have any money, and may decide to get rid of Brenden the same way she got rid of Neil: murder.

Alexis is already somewhat suspicious of Harmony, when it became clear that Harmony had been in her house before. Harmony told Alexis she had been there with Kristina Davis-Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) when Kristina was being recruited by Dawn of Day. But if something happens to Brenden, it may tip Alexis off that Harmony killed both of them!

When Alexis was incarcerated at Spring Ridge, she became friends with Harmony. Harmony works as an Aide at Spring Ridge so the two of them had plenty of time to bond. Now that Alexis is free, she invited Harmony to stay with her until she could come up with a deposit for her own place. But with the two being in such close proximity, Alexis may come to realize that Harmony killed Neil. Will she go after Alexis next in order to maintain her freedom? Or will their friendship give Harmony the courage to confess?
