GH Spoilers: Brando’s Emotional Outburst, Furious At Sasha

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s GH Sneak Peek, Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) all steamed up over his wife, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) lying to him. He and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) try to work it out in a sauna, but Brando’s still all steamed up.

General  Hospital Spoilers: Sasha Gilmore Corbin Has Been Popping Pills To Cope For Months

Previous GH episodes revealed that Sasha, who nearly died of a heart attack from drugs that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) had given her a couple of years ago had relapsed.  When she and Brando lost their newborn baby Liam Mike Corbin (uncast infant) several months ago, the grief was too much for Sasha to bear. It had not been her fault that after hours of labor she suffered a placental abruption, resulting in Liam’s brain being deprived of oxygen too long, resulting in brain death.

Still, Sasha has been blaming herself, even though she was in the hospital and rushed into a caesarian section right away, which was standard medical protocol in such situations. Everything humanly possible had been done, but Sasha was unable to properly grieve, and instead threw herself into work.

GH Spoilers: Avoidance Was The Name Of The Game For Months

Avoidance was the name of the game for months, as Sasha couldn’t stand to see Brando, because he reminded her of their dead son; but she couldn’t avoid him forever. They were a committed couple although not yet married, and they agreed to go on a trip to Niagara Falls; that is when she started back popping pills to cope. An all too convenient drug dealer was hanging around her Deception photo shoots, and she fell back into addiction. She was high when she and Brando were on their trip and she is the one who impulsively wanted to elope; and they did. Sasha and Brando had been living together for months before this, and his mother Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) with them.

General Hospital Spoilers: Gladys Corbin Became Her Rock

After she and Brando came back from getting married, General Hospital spoilers show Gladys became Sasha’s rock, trying to help her kick her addiction on her own and not letting Brando in the loop. Sasha didn’t want him to know, because she had tried to lose the habit after nearly being exposed by a paparazzo who took photos of her at the Deception IPO party. Gladys went to extremes to get the photo card and destroy it; and the same paparazzo brought pills to Sasha at the Home and Heart channel appearance.

That is when the truth came out – in a very public way as Sasha lost touch with reality and believed a doll was Liam on air. She had a breakdown and Brando and Gladys rushed her to GH where Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) put her on a seventy-two hour psych hold.

GH Spoilers: Brando Corbin Breaks Down To TJ Ashford In The Sauna

Now it’s Brando who can’t hold emotions in any longer and breaks down in frustration and anger to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) as they’re in a sauna. Brando paces back and forth as TJ reminds him a sauna is supposed to be relaxing, and Brando tells him he can’t; there’s too much on his mind. TJ gets it but tells him it’s not good for him to be so stressed and he needs to relax; Brando becomes agitated and explodes. He vents to TJ that his wife has been lying to him for months, what is he supposed to do with that?
