GH Spoilers: Austin Comforts Gladys

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveals Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) has been missing in action a good bit lately. We’ve gleaned that his cousin popping into town hasn’t been a favorable move for Austin. He’d rather be left to do his bidding on his own. That is, if the bidding he’s doing is his own at all.

Recently, his cousin — Mason Gatlin (Nathanlyael Grey) — made it clear that neither of them are really in control of the reason they’re in Port Charles. This lends credibility to the theory that Austin’s father, Jimmy Lee Holt (Steve Bond), is still alive. Regardless, someone in the Gatlin-Holt family is in search of something — be it revenge, or otherwise.

While that side of Austin isn’t shown often, we’re coming to see that the dirty work he’s carrying out isn’t something he’s happy about. Is it possible Austin actually wants to be nothing more than a good doctor and boyfriend to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms)? Is his family intent to get in the way of that?

General Hospital Spoilers — An Unlikely Friend

Rumor has it, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will soon be found, and not in good condition. This will bring Maxie, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) rushing to the hospital to make sure she is alright, and to stand vigil as they await news. Bonnie and Sasha are both still grief-stricken over losing Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

So far, General Hospital spoilers show Sasha has been the one who has needed the most support, and Gladys has buried her own feelings to an extent to be there for her daughter-in-law. But when the reality hits Gladys that she may lose someone else she cares about the very same way again, she’s going to fall to pieces in a General Hospital waiting room. There, Austin will be the only person to make her feel better.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Maxie Notices Austin olt’s Compassionate Side

This will create a powerful moment for Maxie as she walks in on Austin comforting Gladys. She will feel like she has finally found a good man who is trustworthy and not a person hiding secrets that will come to harm the people she loves. While she couldn’t be more wrong, she may not be wrong about Austin’s intentions either. Is it possible Dr. Gatlin-Holt is actually a good guy who is also wrapped in helping someone that isn’t all that good?

General Hospital Spoilers — Gladys Corbin Won’t Forget It, And Austin Holt Is Counting On That

The truth is, Austin has been warming up to all the right people for the right reasons that suit an agenda. Whether it’s his own agenda or not remains to be seen. No, a happy ending for Maxie may not be in store after all. But for some, Gladys is going to be better off for having had Dr. Gatlin-Holt on staff that day.
