GH Spoilers: As Ava and Spencer Make Amends, Will Romance Become Their Sweet Revenge?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease there is much more lurking beneath the surface of Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) feelings toward his soon-to-be ex-stepmother than just the hatred and resentment he spews on a regular basis.

When Spencer reaches out and apologizes to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), it’s going to serve as a bridge between them during a time when they’re both vulnerable and reeling from being rejected by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). They have a common enemy now, and they both know how one another feels. This could be a recipe for disaster for Nikolas and a recipe for romance for Spencer and Ava.

She knows how much family means to Nikolas, despite how he treats those closest to him. Nonetheless, Nik slept with his son’s girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Ava and Spencer might not see any better way to seek revenge than to have a hook-up of their own that forces Nikolas to feel the same pain they did. Will Spencer’s apology pave the way for Ava’s revenge plan?

Although Ava and Spencer might initially agree to pretend they are romantically involved just to eat away at Nikolas, their plan just might be derailed as they develop real feelings for one another.
