GH spoilers reveal that Willow was devastated when the results of her bone marrow biopsy came back. Willow is pregnant and has just been diagnosed with leukemia. Even though Willow should have shared this information with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Willow has chosen to stay silent for now.

Willow told Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) why she hasn’t told Michael the news yet. Willow has decided to delay treatment until she reaches the second trimester.

Willow knows that Michael will want her to get treatment immediately. It will put the whole family on edge and cause additional stress. Willow reasoned that she wants to spend the next few weeks with her family having happy moments before she drops the cancer bombshell.

Willow’s decision was also about the miscarriage risk. The risk of having a miscarriage during cancer treatment is high during the first trimester. However, it drops significantly if she doesn’t begin treatment until the second trimester.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 5 reveal that Willow has a horrific nightmare. Since Willow is focused on her secret diagnosis and the possibility of losing her baby, that is probably what the nightmare is about.

This nightmare could cause Willow to have a change of heart, though. If Willow’s dream is about how her death could affect Michael and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver), then she could reconsider delaying treatment. After all, Willow doesn’t want her family to suffer if it’s not necessary.

Willow still has to tell Michael the news about her leukemia and the risks to the baby. Willow has been determined not to lose another child. However, the nightmare along with Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) advice could cause a change of heart. No matter what decision Willow makes, there are huge risks to herself as well as the baby she’s carrying.
