General Hospital Spoilers: Willow’s Leukemia Stage Four, A Hospital Wedding Ahead?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) could have a hospital wedding ahead. They were just talking about finally getting married again when she found out her leukemia has advanced to stage four, the last stage.

General Hospital Spoilers – She Wanted To Save The Baby

Willow refused chemotherapy in early stages of her leukemia because she was also in early stages of her pregnancy and didn’t want the chemo to harm the baby. The chances of the baby suffering harm from the treatment diminished greatly if she waited until the second trimester, a matter of weeks. But Willow never expected her leukemia to advance as rapidly as it has, and now her options for beating the cancer are greatly diminished.

Willow was informed by Dr. Terry Randolph, (Cassandra James) freshly back from California along with her childhood friend Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) of the dire update. She hadn’t even broached the subject with Michael, and her friend Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) sat with her for support.

GH Spoilers – The Best Laid Plans..

As the old saying goes, the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry, meaning no matter how carefully one plans out life, life can have other plans. When she finally tells him he may want to rush it up a bit after the initial shock and anger dies down; he finds out in the worst possible way.

Michael overheard a conversation between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who thought all of TJ and Willow’s hugs and tears she witnessed meant an affair. After confronting Nina, he headed to GH to confront Willow and TJ and learned the truth about Willow’s leukemia, although he may get why Nina could have thought that. But after an explanation from TJ and Willow, and possibly Terry, he’ll want to support Willow with all he’s got, possibly moving up marriage plans as part of it.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Huge Choice

During the week of November 14, Willow and Michael will have a huge choice to make; that could either be about moving up marriage plans or a cancer treatment choice. The next day, Michael will be perplexed, and maybe Willow won’t want to leave him a widower and declines his proposal. He could also be perplexed if his mother Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) reveals she knows Nina is Willow’s birth mother, and they have to choose Nina’s offer to donate bone marrow.

Even if Carly does keep the secret, it may be perplexing and a huge decision to accept Nina’s offer if she can save Willow’s life. That may be an offer they can’t refuse, and they’ll have to set aside their pride to do so.
