General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, November 16 tease sad goodbyes, urgent warnings and desperate measures in Port Charles. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) confirms a sad goodbye, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) delivers an urgent warning, and Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) resorts to desperate measures.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain’s Admission

At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) admits to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) he knows exactly why she’s in such a hurry. Whether he’s speculating or whether he heard a leak about her leukemia is a question. He may just have a theory that she wants to track down her birth parents quickly in case the new baby could have genetically passed down conditions.

After all, just on the paternal side there’s the congenital heart defect that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had at birth, and so did Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). He inherited it from his birth father, the brother Drew never met, AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan), so it’s best they know what might be on Willow’s side if anything.

GH Spoilers – Sad Goodbyes

In Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) office at General Hospital, Elizabeth sadly confirms with him what she suspects to be the truth, after interrupting an argument between him and her father. Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) had shown up very unexpectedly and he and Finn got into an argument over not only Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) but Elizabeth also. Elizabeth asks Finn, who also looks very sad, that he can’t be with her any more, can he-dating the daughter of his late wife’s lover plus her killer is too much. He understands that Elizabeth didn’t intentionally kill Reiko but nonetheless the push down the stairs led to her death.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nosy Nina Reeves Strikes Again

Outside Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) hotel suite at the Metro Court, nosy Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) strikes again, after seeing Carly go in his room. She’s there to pick up antibiotics for a seriously infected Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) but Nina assumes the worst. Again Nina intends to stir a pot that doesn’t need to be stirred, and assumes something incorrectly, wondering to herself what Drew would think of that.

This will only lead to more conflict for Nina and possibly trouble between her and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Sonny had just got done telling her to stay out of other peoples’ business and away from Michael and Willow).

GH Spoilers – An Urgent Warning

Carly now has arrived back at Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) dorm room, antibiotics in hand for Dex. Carly delivers an urgent warning to her daughter, saying it’s not a time to let her guard down, talking about Esmé being in town and possibly being The Hook. She’s continuing the conversation she started yesterday about Esmé being dangerous after she had attacked Elizabeth down on the pier. It doesn’t take a lot of spy school to put together that the victims of The Hook and Esmé’s targets are the same.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Confrontation

At the Metro Court, Sonny and Brick have a talk after Sonny confronts him, possibly about what Nina said she saw regarding Carly going to his room. Sonny accepts his word, but Brick confirms he doesn’t like it. Brick had done a deep dive on Dex and gotten results back, and it may be that this is what they’re discussing.

But more than likely nosy Nina’s theory was also in the mix, and the two years long associates hash it out. Brick has never let Sonny down, and even if he and Carly were involved, it’s none of Sonny’s business.

GH Spoilers – Desperate Measures

In the north tower room at Wyndemere, Esmé takes desperate measures as she pretends to be in the throes of a miscarriage. Esmé is manipulative and borders on evil, but hopefully she’s not evil enough to have tried to cause herself to miscarry! She talks to her baby enough that it seems she’s formed some sort of maternal bond, but now she screams and clutches her stomach. She screams as loud as she can, “it’s the baby, quick, help!” Perhaps the guard, Demetrius (Ari Kappatos) will hear her and get Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma, temporarily Adam Huss) attention.
