General Hospital Spoilers: Victor’s Warning, Nikolas’ Danger, Turns On Nephew?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that just because someone is family, it doesn’t mean Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) won’t turn on them! After Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) disregards a warning his great uncle Victor gives him, he’ll turn on him and that could be very dangerous.

General Hospital Spoilers – Loyalty To Family Over Self Interest

Victor’s demand is loyalty to the family over any self-interest, but Victor frequently violates his own code because of his own self-interest. That seems to be the way of the Cassadines, and it always has been; a good example being how he’s treated his own son. When he needed Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) out of the way for a bit, he drugged and kidnapped him and threw him in his car trunk for several days.

Several days later he had him dumped in an area with dumpsters and trash, and Valentin developed a serious infection. He was not able to help rescue Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) because of that although his time in the hospital wasn’t as long as he’d claimed.

GH Spoilers – Self-Interests Over Family Loyalty

General Hospital spoilers say Nikolas frequently puts his self-interest over family loyalty, and once he was back in Port Charles he stopped doing Victor’s bidding for the most part. Now Victor has taken exception to at least two things that Nikolas has recently done.

Nikolas refused to allow Victor to move part and parcel into Wyndemere Castle, which is a Cassadine right as far as Victor is concerned. He has seriously run afoul of Victor because of that, but even more so once the latest gets back to him through his spies, who are watching. Victor didn’t approve of his marriage to Ava Jerome (Maura West), although she’s a lot classier than his latest-Elizabeth Baldwin; (Rebecca Herbst) she’s not worthy of the Cassadine name.

General Hospital Spoilers – Not How It Looks And Out Of The Loop

Victor’s spy told him he sees Elizabeth coming in and out every day, and spending quite a bit of time there. The spy overheard Elizabeth and Dr. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) argument in his office at GH when she told him she was expecting Nikolas’ child. But the spy is out of the loop, obviously, not knowing she told Ava that she miscarried and the narrative has changed.

But Victor knows that Nikolas is hiding more than a tawdry affair with a nurse who miscarried a Cassadine heir. He warns him if he doesn’t come clean about everything, there will be consequences.
