General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Tries To Gaslight Peter, But Will He See Through It?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) tries to gaslight Peter August (Wes Ramsey) but will he see through her continued gaslighting in upcoming episodes of General Hospital?

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Risked Her Life To Save Louise Jones And Continues To Do So

General Hospital viewers will recall that Maxie risked her life to save her baby Louise Jones’ (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) life and continues to do so as she Peter are bound for the unknown! Maxie was able to convince Peter that they could start a new life together – but without Louise, giving him the false hope that they could have another baby together.

General Hospital viewers will recall that she even told him that perhaps away from Port Charles, which apparently had such a bad influence on him, he could change and become the man she loved, the man he had tried to become. Peter lapped it up like a kitten with a saucer of milk as Maxie told him everything he wanted to hear, and Louise was safely picked up at the fire station “safe place” where Peter suggested they leave her. But will she be able to maintain the ruse, or is Peter gaslighting Maxie as well?

GH Spoilers – Maxie Jones Left A Breadcrumb And She Likely Will Leave Others

General Hospital viewers will agree that perhaps Peter is a little off his game when Maxie has been telling him everything he wants to hear; or he may have figured on going back and retrieving Louise later. Or, he may have figured on calling a minion to pick her up from the fire station; but perhaps Peter didn’t realize that the mayor’s office is notified when a child is dropped off!

Thanks to the firehouse calling Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) went to pick her up right away, and Anna noticed Maxie left a breadcrumb with Louise – a removable piece of a broach she recognized. General Hospital viewers will have noticed Maxie had the other part of the broach on her clothing, and will likely leave it as the second breadcrumb for law enforcement and the WSB to follow!

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Is Trying To Lead Peter August Into A Trap

General Hospital viewers know that Maxie is trying to lead Peter into a trap – Louise is safe, so she’s not going with him and pretending to want a new life with him because of their baby! Therefore, General Hospital viewers know that the only thing that makes sense is that she is trying to outmaneuver Peter and lead him into a trap – but without contacting anyone to call for help!

General Hospital viewers will recall back a few years ago that there was a tracker in one of Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) toys that helped Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) track him when Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) kidnapped him. Perhaps Maxie has a similar tracker somewhere on herself, in an earring, or in her clothing; perhaps even in the other part of the broach she’s wearing – something Peter would not think to look at or suspect! The searchers just have to figure it out and track it!
