General Hospital spoilers reveal Finn demanding answers from Liz once again as if she owes him something.

General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton  Finn Jumps To All The Wrong Conclusions

For some reason, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has found himself spending the last year obsessed with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and everything that has anything to do with her life. He has even managed to convince himself he is in love with her when he mainly just wants to ‘protect’ and control her, something definitely noticed by fans.

Lately, Elizabeth has been moving out of his orbit and back with a character she has more history with, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Elizabeth is the only one who knows that Nikolas is keeping a pregnant Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in a Wyndemere tower and Liz has become her OB nurse, taking care of her and supplying her with prenatal vitamins.

Those prenatal vitamins come into play as Finn has already spotted them on a table at Wyndemere and then he sees Liz with that same bottle and knows that it cannot be a coincidence.

GH Spoilers – What Will Liz Webber Tell Hamilton Finn?

Apparently, Liz has more loyalty to the man she has been friends with since high school, and who was once her brother-in-law and lover, than she does for this man who has been practically stalking her through much of 2022. When Finn sees those vitamins, Liz makes a split-second decision that will change the dynamic of her relationship with Finn forever, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

First, she has to explain the vitamins. Then, she needs to keep him out of her hair so she can continue being the Elizabeth who just doesn’t care anymore and wants to get back at the girl who tried to ruin her son’s life.

“[Liz] must give Finn a reason to avoid Spoon Island, so she does both at once — by making a chocking claim that will break Finn’s heart,” Head Writers dan O’Connor and Chris Van Etten said in the December 19, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “Elizabeth’s claim will prompt a reckoning with Finn over their relationship and just may be the final nail in this coffin.”
