General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that matchmaking Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will pester her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about her love life and push her to pick a potential love match in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Paid For A Membership To A Dating Site For Her Daughter

General Hospital viewers will recall that Liesl paid for a membership to a dating site, “Society Setups” for Britt several months ago, but Britt had not wanted to try online dating at the time. But, then General Hospital viewers saw that Britt had changed her mind and called Society Setups and had the membership reinstated, even though she hadn’t really looked at any potential suitors seriously.

Perhaps Liesl is itching for a grandchild in spite of Britt’s predilection for developing full-blown Huntington’s Disease in the future since she carries the gene, or she just doesn’t want Britt lonely. But mostly, Liesl probably suspects that deep down inside Britt mourns Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and the short love affair they had before coming back from going on the run to Canada, and she simply wants her daughter to move on! General Hospital viewers will remember that Britt fell for Jason, only to have him marry Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for “business reasons” when they returned to Port Charles!

GH Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Brings Up The Subject Of Britt Westbourne’s Love Life At A Family Dinner

General Hospital spoilers hint that Britt may be pretty embarrassed when Liesl pesters her about her love life at a family dinner! General Hospital viewers know that family would be considered to be Scott Baldwin, (Kin Shriner) Nina Reeves, (Cynthia Watros) and quite possibly Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) by Liesl, and maybe Maxie’s children. Longtime General Hospital viewers know that Britt loves children, and was very attached to the baby she carried when she was involved with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and she called “Baby Ben”.

The baby was actually Rocco Falconeri (Brady Bauer), and she was very attached to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) as a small child as well, and Liesl may see Britt play with Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt). This could bring up a discussion with Britt as to if she’s been seeing anyone special lately, since Liesl doesn’t know Britt had cancelled and then reinstated her gift membership to the dating site.

General Hospital Spoilers – An Embarrassed Britt Westbourne May Be Pushed Into Action By Her Mother’s Prodding

An embarrassed Britt may be prodded into action by Liesl’s questions, as she will ask Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to look over her Society Setups matches with her in an upcoming episode of General Hospital. Britt is cautious – and with good reason, because when people date online they never know if the person is as they represent themselves, or even if they are the actual person!

Reputable sites will do background checks and even criminal background checks in certain instances because there have been so many crimes that have arisen out of these types of sites – child predators looking for victims is one good example. It can, however, be assumed that Liesl didn’t just pick this particular matchmaking site at random, and checked it out thoroughly before enrolling Britt in it, especially after her and Scott falling for an online scheme totally set up by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)!
