General Hospital Spoilers: Kelly Thiebaud Out At GH, Rejoins Station 19 As Eva Vasquez

General Hospital spoilers reveal that according to Deadline, Kelly Thiebaud has rejoined ABC’s Station 19 as Eva Vasquez. Season six appears on October 6. However, Thiebaud will appear on GH until November when her current run wraps up. Thiebaud posted on her Instagram, “Excited to be back on STATION 19 stirring up trouble!”

Who Is Eva Vasquez

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Thiebaud’s Station 19 character, Eva is the widow of Rigo Vasquez, a fallen firefighter from Station 19. In Thiebaud’s time on the show, Eva had an affair with her husband’s colleague, Jack Gibson (Grey Damon). Of course, this affair caused a lot of drama and Kelly is excited to cause more.

According to ABC, “Misery loves company and Eva finds solace with someone from her past.” Will Eva reconnect with Jack? Is there someone else that she might have more of a connection with? Thiebaud is obviously looking forward to the drama no matter who it involves.

General Hospital Spoilers: Kelly Thiebaud Joined GH In 2012

Thiebaud first appeared on G.H. in September 2012 as the very bitchy, conniving Britt Westbourne. Thiebaud was put on contract status but in November 2014, she was dropped to reoccurring and left in December that year. In the course of her time on the show, Britt was revealed to be the daughter of diabolical parents Cesar Faison (ex-Ander Hove) and Leisl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Britt set her sights on Patrick Drake (ex- Jason Thompson) and stole an embryo belonging to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (ex-Emme Rylan). Britt tried to pass this baby off as Patrick’s but the truth was later discovered. Thiebaud later appeared in 2017, 2018, and 2020. In September 2020 Thiebaud was back more permanently and in 2022 won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress.

GH Spoilers: How Will Britt Exit The Show?

Britt is currently one of the co-Chief of Staff at the hospital but will Thiebaud’s exit, that will likely change. There is no official word from the network or Thiebaud as to how Britt will exit but there could be several possibilities. It is also not known if the exit is temporary or permanent at this time.

Other GH actors have exited to work on other projects and returned. Of course, fans know that Britt was diagnosed with Huntington’s disease some time ago. Could Britt exit for treatment? Will something happen to a patient that causes her to leave? Will Britt once again find herself in trouble with the law and end up back in prison?

Britt could also receive some hope that Jason Morgan (ex-Steve Burton) could be alive and go search for him. Britt will certainly be missed. Keep checking back for updates.
