General Hospital Spoilers: Finn Reaches Out To Valentin Offering Help

General Hospital spoilers reveals Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is on his last leg fighting his father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy). Has Valentin grown weak in his pursuit of true love and being a good man? Ever since the disastrous outcome of his relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), we’ve seen a softer side of Valentin who is tired of playing games and being a bad guy. Victor’s segue into his life hasn’t come at a good time. Any hopes of a stable father-son relationship Valentin thought they might have had when Victor first told him he was his father have long since been dashed. Now that they’re at odds and Valentin is being forced to comply with Victor’s demands, he is at a loss for how he will save Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) from Victor’s clutches.

General Hospital Spoilers — Johann Isn’t On Board

The only person that seems to have any insider knowledge about what Victor is up to would be his henchman, Johann Bauer (Max Decker). Valentin may be desperate enough to try to make a deal with the career criminal, but Johann isn’t going to take the bait. He will most likely report straight back to Victor that Valentin tried to persuade him to cross the aisle and turn against his boss. This could be an advantageous move, however, and fool Victor into thinking Valentin is so desperate that he doesn’t have any resources left at his disposal — which may be right, but only temporarily.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Laura Collins Won’t Be Able To Pull Strings

Upon Charlotte Cassadine’s (Amelie McLain) urging, Valentin may just be desperate enough to save Anna that he reaches out to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). While Valentin and Laura rarely see eye to eye on anything, they both care immensely about Charlotte and Anna. So Laura is likely going to agree to help him in any way that she can. However, Victor is ten steps ahead, as usual. He has always known Valentin could pull Charlotte’s grandmother in for reinforcement against him, given how much Laura despises Victor. This is a big part of why he planted Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) in the role that he did. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has already been pushed back by the District Attorney for being too close to Anna to fairly work the case, and it’s possible Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Laura are next on that list. Will Deputy Mayor Ashby make it so Laura’s hands are tied?

General Hospital Spoilers — Hamilton Finn Brings It Home

Not being able to make use of Laura’s pull in the Mayor’s office — or in Port Charles altogether — will come as a devastating blow to Valentin, who is putting all of his eggs into that basket. But an unlikely alliance could be likely to form soon with someone he least expects to hear from: Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Finn stopped by to visit Anna in her jail cell, and he saw how hopeless she appears to be. Could Anna’s old flame and new love be the best pair to take Victor down?
