General Hospital Spoilers: Esme’s Twin Sister Is The Hook

General Hospital spoilers reveals Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has been suspected of being The Hook. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) have fooled themselves into thinking they’re giving the rest of Port Charles some kind of service in keeping her locked up in the north tower of Wyndemere.

General Hospital spoilers tease Nikolas was further convinced that Esme was behind The Hook when the killer surfaced in his living room and attacked him at the same time that she had gotten loose from the tower. Convincing him of otherwise is going to be a hard sell at this point, but Esme actually isn’t The Hook.

Esme and her sister both grew up in adopted homes that just didn’t deliver the kind of attention they were seeking. Their parents didn’t understand them, and it made so much more sense to them both once they discovered their paternal genetics. However, while they might have grinned at the news of who their father was, they were bitter and resentful over being abandoned by him and their mystery mother. Together, they set out on a plan to take them down.

When Esme came to meet her father, she didn’t tell him the whole truth about her journey in looking for him. Finding a DNA match was a trying process, but lucky for her, someone else was out there in search of their family, too. When she linked up with her sister and discovered she had an identical twin, they conspired together to track down their birth parents and make them pay.

The realization that their father was a recognized serial killer made them both think twice about that though. It appears the apples don’t fall far from the tree, and these girls became more interested in acting on their father’s behalf than doing him in. Wait until they find out who their mother is — and wait until Ryan discovers he has not one, but two, children!
