GH Spoilers: Chase Seduced, Brook Lynn Betrayed-Cheater Or Linc’s Secret Weapon?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) might be seduced and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) betrayed. But is Chase really a cheater, or is Blaze, aka Allison (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) Linc Brown’s (Dan Buran) secret weapon to break up Chase and BrookLynn?

General Hospital Spoilers – Linc Brown Owns The Rights

The sleazy Linc was once BLQ’s manager and he still owns the rights to her music, and in the music business the term “selling your songs” is very literal. Unless a songwriter is also a singer who sings their own songs and also self-publishes, people like Linc milk all the profits. The writer seldom sees one red royalty dime off of any of their material, and the same for managers and performers, the manager has all the rights and reaps the profits.

Linc “owns” Blaze, and pairing her with Chase might be a way to break up Chase and Brook Lynn, who manages Chase. That way Linc calls all the shots and makes all the money and lots of it off Brook Lynn, because he’ll still have all the rights plus her artist.

GH Spoilers – Taking Advantage Of A Hero Complex

Like Brook Lynn once was, it’s easy to see that Blaze is totally under Linc’s control, creative and otherwise, and likely being forced to prostitute herself to him as well. There’s nothing like a damsel in distress to activate Chase’s hero complex, which is why he’d give up this singing career in a heartbeat, if only he could get reinstated. Chase was suspended from the Port Charles Police Department and Brook Lynn wants to keep it that way – she hasn’t allowed him to see his texts from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). He’s been sending texts about needing letters to the review board and Brook Lynn keeps deleting them; sabotaging his police career herself. Perhaps he should apply to the fire department and recruit Blaze as well, so they can chase blazes together!

General Hospital Spoilers – A Perfect Plot

Teaming up Blaze and Chase as a superstar singing couple is a perfect plot for Linc, and maybe he’s hired her to seduce Chase anyway. A little salacious sex for the sexy singing couple for the scandal sheets gives lots of hot publicity and breaks him up with Brook Lynn, she’ll shed him quickly. Blaze and Chase were supposed to record Brook Lynn’s songs but she can’t get artist royalties off him either if she’s not managing him.

Linc might continue to score big off this couple, and if Chase doesn’t have the gumption to stay true to Brook Lynn it’ll be the end of that couple. It might be anyway when he’s eventually bound to find out she’s been sabotaging his return to the force.
