General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn Sings Again!

General Hospital spoilers tease that until a little more than a year ago, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) wanted only one thing: to sing. But after a particularly nasty encounter with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), Brook Lynn wasn’t sure if she would even be able to speak let alone anything else.

After overhearing Nelle making plans to kidnap Wiley Corinthos (Caleb and Kyler Ends), Nelle slit Brook Lynn’s throat. General Hospital spoilers and recaps reveal Brook Lynn almost died, but miraculously she survived. But the damage to her vocal chords left her unsure if she would be able to sing again.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine And The Pregnancy That Wasn’t!

Not long after the incident with Nelle, Brook Lynn had a one night stand with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Brook Lynn and Valentin had a contentious relationship to say the least. Valentin had manipulated Brook Lynn in order to get her shares of ELQ. But Brook Lynn had an idea.

Shortly after her intimate encounter with Valentin, General Hospital comings and goings indicate Brook Lynn left town. When she returned many months pregnant, she appeared to be very pregnant with his child. But the truth is that she was never pregnant at all, but wanted to fool Valentin into giving his shares back. Valentin agreed, but only after the baby was born.!

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Teamed Up With Maxie Jones!

Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was very much pregnant with Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) baby on ABC General Hospital. Maxie had just discovered what a horrible man Peter was and she was looking for a way to hide their baby from him. Eventually, she and Brook Lynn agreed that Maxie would have over her baby to Brook Lynn to raise until Peter could be brought to justice.

General Hospital spoilers show Brook Lynn would claim Valentin was the baby’s father in the meantime. The plan continued for several months, although due to unforeseen circumstances, Brook Lynn had to lie that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was really the baby’s father, not Valentin!

General Hospital Spoilers – What’s Next For Brook Lynn Quartermaine?

But now that the lie has been made public, Brook Lynn will have to return Maxie’s baby. She’s gotten closer to Chase, and a romance seems to be forthcoming. But Brook Lynn will likely find herself without a purpose once Maxie takes her baby back. This will be the perfect time for Brook Lynn to regain the ability to sing.

After all she did to help Maxie and her baby, perhaps a little good fortune is heading her way? But will she resume her singing career now that she and Chase are close to romance? Can she have both and will she even believe she deserves happiness?
