Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is mapping out her future like there’s no tomorrow — and that’s genuinely how she feels about how she wants to live the rest of her life. She sees no reason to dwell on her diagnosis right now when she could be celebrating her life with the people she loves most.

Of course, she hasn’t told any of them that she plans to hightail it out of town and never look back. Will she even clue them in on what she’s going through, or is Britt intending to let all of the people who love her think she just dropped off the face of the Earth?

General Hospital spoilers tease Britt may not have decided where she’s going yet, but she probably intends to do some traveling first. It wouldn’t make sense for her to pull up roots just to go plant herself in one spot. Britt knows she’s likely to live the last months of her life in a facility providing her with around-the-clock care.

So she’s probably designing the perfect bucket list of travel destinations to hit up on her way out. Britt strikes up as a warm and sunny beachside gal but who knows, she might surprise us and ski the slopes before she figures she can’t anymore.

Britt’s career is her life, for the most part. She might make time for the occasional night out with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), but most of the time she can be found in her office or patrolling the hallways at GH. So she probably won’t resign from her position until she’s really ready to go, whenever that may be. We picture Britt working right up until her last day in town, don’t you?

For now, Britt is focused on planning a night to remember on New Year’s Eve to celebrate her birthday with the people she holds most dear. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) still hasn’t scored an invite, despite his pleas to make amends with Britt.

However, Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) have made the guest list, as have Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). What will Britt’s wild night on the Haunted Star entail? Will she break the news to everyone at her party — perhaps in a drunken stupor like the one she was experiencing when she first butt heads with Cody, quite literally?
