General Hospital Rumors: Lulu Awakens And Stops ‘Sante’ Wedding?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that when Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) inevitably exits, with a short recast to finish out the character, it’s possible Nikolas is killed. There seemed to be some hints of that as Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) discussed what would happen to whoever hurt their daughter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Returns, Nikolas Cassadine Exits?

If Nikolas dies, that would leave Laura Collins (Genie Francis) with no children and we can’t have that; when Nikolas was “dead” before, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) was there. Lulu unfortunately went into an indeterminate coma just when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) returned in his right mind, although her boyfriend Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) perished. Dante never heard Lulu’s whispered “I love you” in the GH chapel that day, as she fainted dead away in his arms, because of a traumatic head injury she ignored.

Of course there is a possibility Nikolas isn’t killed and merely recast, and Lulu may be recast as well. Brother and sister would both be in Port Charles in that case, and once Lulu got up to speed on her big brother’s shenanigans, she’d have plenty to say!

GH Spoilers – Many Weddings Stopped When Spouses Returned

Many weddings over the years have come to a grinding halt when a presumed dead spouse came back and stopped it and a similar situation could happen should Lulu return. Although ‘Sante’ are having some dysfunction right now due to secrets he’s keeping about his past with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) they no doubt will work through it. Their childhood mischief that may have been slightly on the criminal side may be nothing more serious than smoking a couple of joints together and getting caught.

But Cody seems to think of himself as a perpetual bad boy and a loser, so it could be something a little more serious than that. It probably isn’t as bad as Sam’s own past, where she married rich old men and hustled them for their money and even that was out of desperation.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Lulu Spencer’s Return Stop The Wedding?

It would be sad indeed for Sam if Lulu were to return and she found out Dante’s love and commitment to her wasn’t as strong as she thinks it is. Dante doesn’t show it but he could be carrying a deep torch for Lulu which may reignite if she returns and tells her feelings. But there is a chance that even if she did, she’d keep her feelings to herself much in the same way when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) returned.

Drew and Lulu’s cousin Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) have moved on with each other now, and the same may happen for a returning Lulu. Or, maybe it won’t, and she’ll arrive in time to bring Dante and Sam’s wedding to a grinding halt!
