EastEnders Spoilers: Ben Mitchell Fumes Over Sam’s Return In Walford

EastEnders spoilers and updates tease that Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) will be left furious after Sam Mitchell returns to Walford. He’ll be left fuming after he finds out what she’s really up to.

EastEnders Spoilers – Sam Mitchell Returns To Walford

Spoilers hint that Sam will return to Walford next week. It won’t be long before she ruffles feathers with some of the locals including Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), and Denise Fox (Diane Parish). She’ll also get on Ben’s nerves when the latter discovers the reason for her return.

At first, Sam tries to hide why she came back. But the truth will eventually come to light and Ben will be furious once he learns why she’s back. Sam will come clean to Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) and reveal that she’s set to leave later that evening. But what is she planning?

EastEnders Spoilers – Boss Previous Sam Mitchell’s Return

Sam’s return was confirmed by EastEnders boss, Kate Oates back in January.

“The Mitchells are one of the most iconic families in soap, and I have long wanted to bring Sam back into the family fold,” she said.

“With Phil potentially facing a long spell inside, Sam arrives back in Walford ready to take what she sees as her rightful place in the Mitchell empire,” she continued.

Oates added that Sam’s return will be “explosive” given that she has a lot of grudges against some of the locals like Kat, Sharon, Jack and Denise.

EastEnders Spoilers – Ben Mitchell’s Other Problems

Aside from dealing with Sam, Ben also has other problems to deal with. Ben will once again struggle to cope with the aftermath of the past homophobic attack when his husband, Callum “Halfway” Highway (Tony Clay), is asked to be the new face of a new campaign for the LGBT+ community.

Ben hides the fact that he’s uncomfortable with the idea but gives Callum his blessing anyway. The latter will eventually pick up that Ben isn’t on board with the campaign. Later on, a loud noise will shake up Ben. After that, he’ll take matters into his own hands and confront the people in charge that Callum doesn’t want to be part of the campaign.

Callum will be furious when he learns what Ben has done. The latter will try to explain that he’s just worried about his safety. Ben’s anger will continue to pile up and he’ll end up attacking a man.
