Duggar Fans Concerned About The Injury On Katey, Jed’s Wife

What happened to Katey? It’s not exactly clear how the injury came to be on the bridge of Katey’s nose but it sure did catch the eye of a concerned fan and from the fan came many concerned fans. I know that the Duggar fans have the reputation of slamming the Duggars over every little detail they consider off but, they actually do have a heart beneath all that strong facade they always showcase.

If it weren’t for a Vlogger “Without A Crystal Ball” who shared the picture of the bruise, the fans wouldn’t have known of it so, but then, it’s nice that the Vlogger did and the Duggar fans showed the caring side of them.

Counting On — Fans’ Reaction To Katey’s Injury

Before I go into details, let me first explain how the bruise was noticed in the first place. Jed Duggar and his wife Katie made a new YouTube video on their love story, how they met, etc, they captioned it “Our LOVE STORY // Told for the FIRST TIME!” So… It happened that no one observed Katie’s injury except for the Vlogger “Without A Crystal Ball”

The Vlogger shared a picture of the injury which was taken from the video and posted it on Instagram with the caption “All I could notice was a huge bruise on her nose. I wonder if she got bonked in the head by the baby or one of the baby’s toys. This looks so painful.” The picture really did look painful and that garnered concern from the Duggar fans.

Most of the fans attributed the source of Katey’s injury to the new baby who was delivered on May 2, 2022, they said that it could be that Katey had on her glasses while carrying their four-month-old baby when the baby honked on it and created the injury. Some said it could be a mark from the rim of her glasses and not that serious, while some actually pitied Katey and can’t imagine the pain she must be in.

Counting On — Times Fans Slammed Jed & Katey Duggar

As I said earlier, the Duggar fans are always at the receiving end of backlash from their fans especially when it had to do with taking care of their children, the Duggar fans are not new when it comes to collecting back-to-back slamming from their fans especially when it seems to them that the Duggar have bad parenting skills, their fans do not waste time to criticize them.

One time, the fans slam Jed and Katey for their bad parenting skills because they sighted a pacifier near their then two months old baby in the picture Jed posted, the pacifier was termed a “Chocking Hazard” in the year 2015 by Consumer Product Safety Commission, stating that “D ring on the pacifier can break, allowing beads to detach.” Fans didn’t take it lightly with Jed, they slammed him for having/keeping harmful object near their infant.
