In the video on YouTube that lasted about fifteen minutes, a fan asked Duggar what the biggest misconception is about his family. Duggar gets very upset when people tell him he is brainwashed by his family. People even suggest that all of the Duggar children will have the same number of kids as their parents.

Jed says he is not brainwashed and has a mind of his own. Katey says the same. Jed says he has disagreements with his father just like any other family. They discuss the issues and work them out. Jed also defends both of his parents saying they aren’t perfect but are humble people. Jed says he has amazing parents and respects them both.

Duggar Family Spoilers – Fans Believe Jed Duggar Doesn’t Know He Is Brainwashed

Duggar fans believe that Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar have brainwashed their children from the beginning and truly do not know that they have been brainwashed. Of course, some of Duggar’s siblings have decided to get away from the family and rarely associate with them. Some of the Duggar sisters are rarely around the family at all.

Fans have noticed that Katey has already been seen breaking one of Jim Bob’s cardinal rules. Katie was recently seen in a pair of jeans, something Jim Bob has forbidden his daughters to wear. Duggar posted the photo of his wife and their firstborn child, Truitt. Jed’s first child was born in May and they haven’t given any indication of adding to the family just yet.

Duggar Family Spoilers – Fans Know This Year Has Been Rough

The Duggars’ oldest son, Josh Duggar, is in prison serving time for child pornography charges. Josh was arrested last spring and went to prison in December. Josh is serving 12 years for his crimes. Josh’s arrest and conviction have been a huge issue for the Duggar family. Even the siblings were divided on this as the trial progressed

Of course, Josh allegedly abuse several of his sister and another girl years ago. Josh also went to rehab years ago for pornography issues. The later issue occurred while Josh was married to Anna Duggar. Now that Josh is in prison and appealing his conviction fans will have to wait and see what happens. However, some of Josh’s alleged victims are glad that he is in prison where he cannot hurt anyone else.
As For Jed, only he can decide how much influence his parents have over him. Fans will have to wait and see if that changes.
