Duggar Family News: New Legal Issue, Which One Is In Trouble This Time?

Duggar family news reveals that there may be another Duggar in trouble with the law! Josh Duggar is currently serving time for possession of child pornography and his family is going through a time now that TLC canceled their family’s show, Counting On because of what he did. He is going to serve 12 years in prison and his family seems to be pretty embarrassed about what he has done. It turns out, that there may be another one of the Duggars who is in the hot seat with the law.

Duggar Family News – Amy Duggar Faces Legal Action

Amy Duggar has always been the black sheep of the family and she is very open about her thoughts and sharing them online. Most of what she posts doesn’t surprise anyone. She is pretty outspoken and when she found out about Josh’s charges, she wrote, “Hopefully tonight I can sleep for the first time ever and just be rest assured that another monster will be put behind bars.”

The news about Amy is that she is facing legal action from the landlord of the clothing store she has been renting. She has been renting the building for her store, 3130 Clothing, and apparently, she never gave them any rent. The lawsuit states, “3130 occupied the premises until August 2021 at which time it vacated the premises which constitute a default of the lease and amendment and a breach of contract. 3130 failed to make the required monthly rent payments to the plaintiff as required by the lease and amendment after June 2021.”

Duggar Family News – Amy Duggar’s Counterclaim

Once Amy received news of the lawsuit, she and her husband decided to file a counterclaim. They are arguing that they had a Tenant Improvement allowance and that there was footage that shows the owners of the building coming into her shop and “trashing” it. Of course, they are seeking compensation for that.

Amy is hoping that the court will see her side of the story and make the best decision for her. We will continue to keep an eye on this case.
