DOOL Spoilers: Xander Blows Up Marriage, Rex Comforts Sarah

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) could very well blow up his new marriage to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). It got off to a rocky start to begin with, and with Sarah’s ex-fiancé Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) in town, he’d be right there to comfort Sarah.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton Offended

Sarah was offended at Xander after he admitted his one night stand with Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) and his accepting money to later expose it. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) gave him one million dollars, which he accepted readily to expose Nicole’s cheating on her brother, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). It didn’t make him look real good either, and especially in such a public place; it was the welcome home party for Eric from Africa at Brady’s Pub.

Nicole was still married to Eric at the time, but he’d made the mission field his mistress, or at least that was her opinion. After failing to return home for the umpteenth time, she got herself and Xander drunk and hopped in bed, only for Eric to actually return shortly after.

DOOL Spoilers – Sarah Horton Forgave

Sarah went off in a huff after that revelation but her mother Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) talked some sense into her and she forgave Xander and returned. Sarah is back at work now, fully healed from her ordeal at the hands of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) but she’s the only one working. Xander still doesn’t have a job and is ever in need of money, and no one will be surprised if he doesn’t scheme to get it.

Depending on said scheme, Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate Sarah could easily tire of being the only one contributing to the household income, but even more, of his constant scheming. It seems like Xander and Sarah’s marriage is being written like a ticking time bomb and he’ll likely do something egregious enough to break her heart.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Rex Brady To The Rescue?

Rex already made amends with Sarah for his messing up in the past; he let her know he cherished their time together and wished her happiness. Sarah really seemed to appreciate it and encouraged him to not give up on a cure for his mother, Kate Roberts, (Lauren Koslow) and the other two women deathly ill. Rex can be expected to hang around Salem for a while longer, since the serum takes two more doses as booster shots, so they aren’t totally out of the woods yet.

Waiting to see if Kate, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) heal totally will be enough time for Sarah’s marriage to implode. That’ll also be enough time for Rex to pick up the pieces of Sarah’s broken heart if and when it does.
