DOOL spoilers reveal that Tripp will return after spending a few months away from Salem. Tripp had a really hard time dealing with losing Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). At one point, Tripp and Chanel almost had a fling. However, that was stopped before anything actually happened.

It is confirmed that Adam is returning to reprise the role of Tripp. However, will Tripp stick around or is it just a short visit? That is what fans are going to find out. Viewers should have expected Tripp’s return.

Before leaving Salem, Tripp mentioned to Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) that he would be gone for a few months. Plus, Adams previously told Soap Opera Digest that his co-stars promised he would be back.

Right now, Johnny and Ava are getting closer. While Johnny is drawn to Ava, it’s not an actual romance. Ava isn’t interested in moving on from Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) yet, which Johnny understands. However, Johnny and Ava will “keep up their ruse,” which sounds like they fake a romance to defeat EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there is a two-minute fall promo in light of the Peacock move. In that explosive promo clip, Tripp punches Johnny in the face. Tripp is probably reacting to Johnny taking advantage of his mother while she grieves for Jake. However, Tripp will also be angry that Johnny’s new romance is hurting Chanel, which in turn hurts Allie.

DOOL Spoilers – Ava Vitali’s Confession

Ava will need to do damage control. The last thing she wants is for the plan to go up in smoke. However, Ava also doesn’t want Tripp thinking badly of her or Johnny. After all, EJ is the enemy in this storyline.

Tripp might not understand why Ava has to go so far. However, Tripp might agree to keep Ava and Johnny’s secret. The only issue is that this fake romantic ruse could turn into a real love affair. If the romance turns real, then how will everyone deal with that?
