DOOL Spoilers: Steve And Kayla Receive A Scary Gift

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Steve and Kayla Johnson (Stephen Nichols, Mary Beth Evans) will receive a scary gift from Orpheus (George DelHoyo). Will this mean more danger for Kayla, perhaps both of them?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Not To Be Trusted

Orpheus is not to be trusted, and anything coming from him is suspect; surely he has his spies who are watching Kayla, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Anything received could mean he knows they survived and he could send some new deadly device to finish them off, since he doesn’t like being beaten at his games. His revenge is not complete if the three women are still alive, as he wants Roman Brady, (Josh Taylor) John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve to suffer like he did.

Orpheus never got over losing his wife Rebecca Harp (uncast character) when Roman shot her accidentally, thinking she was the enemy. That has been years ago and he went mad with revenge, and has been trying to come up with the supreme punishment for Roman ever since, and now Steve and John.

DOOL Spoilers: His Hatred Runs Deep

No one knows exactly where Orpheus is now, he’s gone into hiding since robbing Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) lab and kidnapping the three women, injecting them with a stolen toxin. Yet he managed to get a bouquet of flowers into Salem University Hospital for Marlena, and now that the three are healing up, he’s sent a gift to Steve and Kayla. The scariest part is that it is from Orpheus and it could hide a bomb, a different deadly toxin, or just about anything. What if it’s an airborne toxin this time, there is no way to tell without testing, and it’s already in their home exposing them to it!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Hazmat Suits At Home?

What are they to do, wear Hazmat suits at home all the time, nothing they do keeps Orpheus and his scary mind games away. The gift could be perfectly harmless but he knows that the fear will drive Steve and Kayla crazy, and maybe that’s the only reason he sent it. There doesn’t seem to be any way to be absolutely sure they are safe until Orpheus is dead, and Steve is ready to hunt him down.

Once again they are in danger and the method is unknown; there could be a deadly insect that has already slithered out of the package by the time they found it. But they cannot continue to live their lives in fear, because it’s fear that gives Orpheus his power over them; the effects however, remain to be seen.
