Stephanie may find that she will encounter Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) while she is settling back into her life in Salem.

Stephanie is going to find out that Chad has been dealing with a devastating loss. Chad has been trying to find a way to cope with losing his wife Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller). Chad has been trying to find the person who killed Abigail and bring them to justice. Chad has been able to get support from his good friend Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) to deal with his grief.

Chad may find that Stephanie can help him to deal with the loss of Abigail. Stephanie will want to help Chad to be able to find a way to start to pick up the pieces of his life. Stephanie may find that she does not know what to make of Alex. Alex has come back to Salem to work at his family company Titan. Alex has been getting reacquainted with his father Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and his wife Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans). Alex has been trying to find someone to date. Alex has been on a date with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). Alex was able to meet Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) while he was on his date with Chanel and Allie. Alex did not have success in his efforts to get Allie and Chanel to want to be with him. Gabi told Alex that she was dating Li Shen (Remington Hoffman). Alex may decide to turn his attention on Stephanie. Stephanie may need to need to proceed with caution around Alex.
