DOOL spoilers reveal that Kayla, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) were all given a deadly toxin. As Kayla’s condition gets even worse, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) desperately search for a cure.

As fans saw during a recent episode, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and John went to get Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) help. However, that ended up not going their way. Instead, Dr. Rolf refused to help them. Now, there is one person who has access to the orchid that can cure Marlena, Kate and Kayla. However, will Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) give up the cure?

With the Peacock fall promo showing the whole family gathering around Kayla’s bedside along with the Afterlife scene, it sounds like the doctor might die. Of course, Steve, Stephanie, Tripp and Joey will all band together and hope Kayla survives or can be brought back.

DOOL Spoilers – Will Patient Survive?

It is teased that Joey will return on October 14. It is teased that Joey and Tripp will come back to Salem under sad circumstances. Those circumstances have to be Kayla flatlining. Even though Kayla visits Heaven, it might not be too late. Perhaps doctors will find the orchid and bring Kayla back before she’s gone forever.

Of course, another possibility is that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) makes a deal with Kristen. Brady won custody and being a part of Rachel Black’s (Finley Rose Slater) life is important to Kristen. Plus, Kristen pretty much bragged to Marlena that she knows about the orchid. So, Brady might have to make a deal with the devil to save Marlena, Kate and Kayla’s lives. However, could Brady end up regretting that decision?
