DOOL Spoilers: EJ Takes Control Of DiMera

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) will take control of DiMera Enterprises. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) panics when she gets the news, fearful that she’ll be out on her ear.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – EJ DiMera’s Found Proof

EJ has done his due diligence and found proof that Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) marriage to Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) had been fabricated, and his shares reverted to his mother. EJ tells Gabi that Vivian Alamain (most recently Louise Sorel) is giving the shares to her newly resurrected son Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).This, of course, sends Gabi into a panic, knowing that EJ loves seeing her squirm and he’s relishing getting the upper hand over her.

EJ, of course, now feels vindicated having proof that he was right in what he had suspected all along, even though no one would believe him. Once again, he’s right and his success makes him feel like the cock of the walk.

DOOL Spoilers – Call Out The Big Guns

A nervous Gabi calls her fiancé Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) for help, fearful that this is going to be the end of her employment at DiMera Enterprises. Her design company and storefront, “Gabi Chic” was lost years ago thanks to Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and Jake, and she won’t be able to get it back. “Sweet Bits” Bakery is now where Gabi Chic used to be, but all Gabi has is a bitter taste in her mouth from the loss of her company. She thinks that Li will help her and has some pull, being on the DiMera board of directors, but he returns to her office with Stefan to certify all the paperwork. That certainly wasn’t what she was expecting from the man she is about to marry, and she appeals to Stefan to remember their past together but it doesn’t work either.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Blackmailed

EJ, who is also in the office with Stefan, gets a little nervous that he might remember something but he doesn’t, and EJ is pleased that he’s in the clear. He and Stefan are now the co-CEOs of DiMera although no one will be surprised if he gives Stefan the shaft eventually. But then Li takes EJ aside and he gives him some critical information.

Li makes it clear to EJ in no uncertain terms that he, Li, IS staying on at DiMera, basically blackmailing him to make sure he keeps his job. EJ is protecting his own father’s legacy and even though he shakes hands, he has plans to get rid of Li down the line.
