DOOL Spoilers: Desperate For A Win, Melinda Railroads Chad

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that desperate for a win, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will railroad Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) into a confession, or she’ll try to. Chad tried to pass off some counterfeit money to pay Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) noticed, and told her so.

The briefcase of counterfeit money was something that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) knew about from an old case of her dad’s, and they tried to pay off Sloan. But then Leo came along and ruined their plan, but it’s probably not Sloan who turns Chad into Trask; more than likely it’s Leo. Chad, Stephanie, and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) all confronted Leo when Chanel Dupreé (Raven Bowens) was arrested because Alex had gotten the file on Chanel’s crime.

Alex turned the file over to Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) but it turned up missing on Days of Our Lives, and Leo only said what amounted to “oops”. Leo has to do something to save his job so the best way is to turn attention from himself to Chad, since he’s got major dirt.

DOOL Spoilers – A Plea Deal For A Counterfeit Money Charge?

Leo may have the mistaken impression that he can save his job and his behind by turning Chad in for the counterfeit money, thinking Trask will give Chanel a plea deal. Leo has no grounds to be able to bargain for Chanel for anything and a counterfeiting charge is nothing compared to murder one, which is what Trask is going for. It probably won’t do anything for Chanel’s case at all, but it might make Paulina keep him in his well-paying job for her if he at least tries.

Sloan won’t drop her case for sure, because she and her client have their reasons to pursue it, aside from all the blackmail money that they won’t get. Sloan’s client is more than likely Paulina’s opponent in the gubernatorial race, known only as Timmons (uncast role) and if they can push a recall over the scandal, Timmons wins.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – One Small Problem-No Evidence

There’s one small problem in Trask’s case – no evidence, since the counterfeit cash no doubt has been destroyed, no longer being needed for Black Patch’s old case. So Trask will have to railroad Chad into confessing to the allegations, and you can bet she’ll throw in all those dangerous revenge attempts of his. You just know that she’s got all those attacks on persons of interest in Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) murder case documented just in case she ever needs them.

Trask has to have something on Chad to railroad him with, although it’s hard to say what it might be. She has to have more – or lets him thinks she does – on him to get him to confess to that counterfeit money offer.
