DOOL spoilers reveal that Craig had an affair while married to Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo). Nancy had no idea Craig was gay, which only added to her confusion and hurt. However, Craig and Nancy had a civil divorce and seemed to part ways on friendly terms.

Then, Craig and Leo decided to get married right away. However, Sonny and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) took action. When Jackie Cox crashed the wedding and exposed the truth, Leo had a lot of explaining to do. Despite Leo falling in love, Craig couldn’t forgive him. Craig left Salem after being heartbroken, deceived and publicly humiliated.

DOOL Spoilers – Abigail DiMera’s Murder

After Craig left Salem, Leo became the target of another scandal. Despite there being other suspects, Leo is still being questioned about Abigail DiMera’s (formerly played by Marci Miller) murder. Now, Leo is the suspect in another investigation, which happens to be who stabbed Sonny.

Leo promised Sonny that he isn’t the one who attacked him. While Sonny was worried at first, he has since realized that Leo is a con artist, not a killer. Plus, it is rather convenient that Sonny was stabbed in the back right after Leo’s release from jail. Then, there is the fact that Leo stuck around to call for help.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Leo is convinced that someone is framing him. First, he was interrogated about Abigail’s murder and now the attempted murder of Sonny. There are a lot of people that could be trying to get rid of Leo. However, the person actually framing Leo could be someone unexpected.

It is teased that Sonny will have a flashback. This flashback will shed new light on what happened when Sonny was stabbed. Perhaps Sonny might even have a description of the person who attacked him.

With it being confirmed that Craig returns during the week of September 19, could he be framing Leo? Humiliation and heartbreak can take a toll on even the sanest people. Maybe Craig simply lost it and wanted revenge. It doesn’t make much sense why Craig would kill Abigail. However, Craig is a doctor and would know where to stab Sonny so he was seriously injured rather than killed.
