However, once the Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) storyline was over, Ava became involved with Rafe. For months, Ava has tried to have a healthy relationship and did surprisingly well despite Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) interference. However, Ava would soon revert to her old ways, which were triggered by Rafe and Nicole’s betrayal.

Ava is already feeling bitter about love due to being betrayed by both her boyfriend and best friend. When Tripp told Ava that he wanted to propose to Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), fans thought the villain seemed disapproving.

However, it might not be Allie that’s the problem for Ava. The problem could be that it’s just another example of Ava not getting the love she desperately craves and seeing everyone else happy. Ava even mentioned that her time for finding love was over and admitted having a bad track record with relationships.

At least, until Johnny DiMera aka “JoDevil” (Carson Boatman) blows up the celebration by exposing Allie and Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) night of passion.

Then, she also has to deal with Gwen bragging about getting married to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). It will all prove to be too much for Ava. However, will she target everyone who is happy and in love? Or could Ava have a mental collapse and end up in Bayview?
