Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal Chad and Stephanie were getting very close until Chad chose to step away from Stephanie. Once Chad put on the brake, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) stepped in and stole Stephanie’s attention back from Chad. Chad made it clear that he wasn’t ready to move on and left it at that. Now Chad is certainly having regrets.
