Did Anna Duggar Manipulate Josh Duggar’s Sentencing

The Duggars spoilers reveal that the are rumors running around that Anna Duggar may have manipulated one of the family friends into writing a letter about Josh Duggar’s character.

The Duggars – The Letters To The Judge

During Josh’s sentencing, we got a chance to learn about those who wrote letters to the judge to have his sentence shortened. One of the letters was from the family’s pastor’s widow, Denise Wilson. In her letter, she wrote that Josh was loving and dedicated, but it turns out that Anna may have actually manipulated her into writing this letter to the judge. This all came out on Facebook and now there is a lot up in the air when it comes to Anna’s character.

James Weeks, Wilson’s son-in-law, shared a post on his Facebook account about the letter. He made a very long and bold statement about Anna. It read, “News coverage of Josh Duggar’s sentencing today revealed that my mother-in-law, under the manipulation of Anna Duggar, wrote a letter to the judge asking for leniency in the sentencing of Josh’s child pornography case. Neither I nor my wife knew she was planning to do so and I feel that our position should be made abundantly clear. My wife and I are in no way in favor of leniency or mercy towards any pedophile.”

The Duggars – Weeks’ Position On The Case

Weeks went on to tell his followers that no matter how great of a person Duggar used to be, he clearly has some issues with his own addictions. They do not support him in any way or the sentencing. Wilson’s daughter then added, “Josh is working to make sure he looked like the perfect Christian man to everyone around him thanks to obscene levels of brainwashing, he succeeded with hundreds of people.” They have pushed the issue that everyone who thinks that Duggar is innocent has been deceived and that Josh is not innocent in their eyes.
