Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that suspicious Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) might start following Li Shin (Remington Hoffman). She knows he’s up to something he’s keeping from her with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) and she’s determined to find out the secret.

It’s hard to believe that Gabi was much more tech savvy back in the day; she faked a paternity test and controlled a pacemaker in Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart. Gabi could just pin a bug somewhere on Li’s clothing or put a tracker on his cell phone to spy on him, but then he is her boss. But desperate Li seems a little too desperate to keep whatever secret he’s keeping, and besides, she wants to see for herself.

Gabi knows he’s not having an affair with Rolf, so whatever they’re working on isn’t something she’d need proof for. But the fact that her lover’s holding back on her is what’s got her worried, what could he want to hide?

DOOL Spoilers – She’s Determined

Gabi is determined to find out what Li is hiding from her and why on Li and Rolf’s secret project; if it will benefit DiMera, she’s every right to know. She’s looked through the books and checked all the projects and Rolf’s name is not on any of them. She’s even checked with the division that made the spy eye and the pacemaker, and they don’t know of anything, and Gabi doesn’t like deep dark secrets. She’s really upset because when Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) was alive they shared everything including company secrets; that’s how she knew about the spy eye once in Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Gabi decides she’s going to play detective, after all Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is her brother; so it must be in her blood.

Gabi goes so far as to disguise herself to follow Li around; she doesn’t have any of Rolf’s masks but she makes do. She dresses like a nun and has a big Bible with her she can hold open in front of her face like she’s nearsighted, and a pair of reading glasses. At the moment she doesn’t care what she looks like, she’s not trying to be a fashion maven, she just doesn’t want to be recognized.

Maybe a hidden bug would be a better idea, then she could hear what was said, but she gets a peek inside Rolf’s lab. She can tell there’s a person lying in a bed hooked up to machines, but she can’t see the face; she considers coming back and breaking in.
