Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Days of Our Lives fans want to know which Jennifer Horton will be on Days of Our Lives, Melissa Reeves, or Cady McClain? It looks like for the upcoming episodes of Days of Our Lives the next couple of weeks it will be Missy; but later on, when the death arc comes for Abigail DiMera (recently Marci Miller) it will be Cady!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: It Makes Sense For Missy’s Jennifer Horton To Welcome Her Daughter Home And Cady’s Jennifer To See Her Off The Show Permanently

The latest from Days of Our Lives show runners is that Melissa Reeves and Cady McClain will both play Jennifer depending on who is available just like Abigail was played by both Marci Miller and Kate Mansi. With Melissa playing Jennifer much longer than Cady has, she may be more attached to the actresses playing her daughter, and it’ll be easier for Cady, who may not be so attached, to play out the storyline that kills Abigail off forever!

That may have nothing to do with the decisions of the Days of Our Lives show runners but it certainly seems to make sense—actors are not supposed to get involved emotionally in the scenes they play but, let’s face it, it can happen very easily! Many actors have gotten too close to their parts, and at times, have needed to get some space to stay sane, as reel can become real for them too, especially in a long-running role!

DOOL Spoilers – Melissa Reeves Returns March 3

Days of Our Lives viewers will see Melissa return as Jennifer on March 3, when she and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will await word on Abigail’s rescue from being kidnapped by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Since these next episodes with Jack, Jennifer and Abigail and the rest of the Deveraux family have already been filmed, this will be Missy portraying Jennifer.

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall Missy also returned briefly this past Christmas, when she luckily had a family heirloom Christmas tree angel from her late mother which she gave to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) to replace the one MarDevil (Deidre Hall) had destroyed. Abigail has been missing for a couple of weeks after going in search of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and her rescue by Chad and Tony DiMera (Billy Flynn, Thaao Penghlis) along with Sarah and Steve and Kayla Johnson (Stephen Nichols, Mary Beth Evans) will happen the same week.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Cady McClain Returns Sometime During The Summer

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Cady will return sometime during the summer to reprise her version of Jennifer, when Abigail is set to be “killed off” the show. No word on whether Casey Moss or a replacement will return as JJ Deveraux, although it certainly makes sense for Jack and Jennifer’s son to return to support his grieving parents and grieve his sister. Days of Our Lives leaks seem to indicate it will be a brutal murder, so it could be by a crazed madman or madwoman, or even a newly demon possessed family member if satan jumps from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to someone else by that time.

There is no doubt that this death arc that is upcoming on Days of Our Lives sometime during the summer will be an emotional one, not only for Jack, Jennifer, Chad, possibly JJ and Chad and Abigail’s children, but for most of Salem. Longtime viewers and probably some newer ones too will grieve the loss of Abigail!
