Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) is about to make her presence known in Salem. Viewers of the second season of Beyond Salem season 2 will remember Wendy. She’s the younger sister of Li Shin (Remmington Hoffman) and she made quite an impression on both Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) who both expressed interest in the young woman. Not wanting to come between brothers, Wendy let both of them down easily.

Although she may run into both Tripp and Joey when she comes to Salem, Wendy will also find that she has quite a bit in common with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Johnny is still working to get over being rejected by Chanel DuPris (Raven Bowens). He also seemed to be interested in Ava Vitale (Tamara Braun) but that didn’t go anywhere either. Once they get to know each other Wendy and Johnny may find that they have a lot in common.

Wendy has been working in an entry-level position for DiMera Enterprises in Alaska. She feels that her father and older brother don’t see her true potential, as she was recently passed up for another promotion. Johnny will certainly be able to relate. His own father wasn’t at all impressed with Johnny’s plan to become a movie producer. He seemed to eventually seem to come around but there is still a gulf between father and son!

Wendy has a bit of a chip on her shoulder. It may take a bit of time for Johnny to break through the ice, but once he does it seems quite likely that they could find more than friendship. A romance between Johnny and Wendy could be exactly what this couple needs. But how will their respective families feel about this new alliance? This could cause the already tenuous relationship between the DiMeras and the Shins to become even rockier.
