DOOL spoilers reveal that Sarah was rescued from the deserted island along with Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). Unfortunately, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) got away once again.

While Steve, Kayla and Abigail are getting back to normal life in Salem. Well, as normal as life can be in a town plagued with demonic possession, high-tech masks, doppelgangers and resurrecting residents. Sarah might be back in town but she doesn’t realize her true identity. Instead, she’s convinced that she is Renee DuMonde (formerly played by Philece Sampler).

Sarah believes she is in love with Tony. Even though Tony is married to Anna, Sarah is convinced the marriage is a farce. Sarah has even gone as far as to demand that Tony divorce Anna immediately.

Anna isn’t taking the situation lying down, though. Even though everyone knows that Sarah isn’t Renee and is suffering from a delusion, Anna is ready to fight for her man. Anna already survived Renee and knows this situation could get bad very quickly.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that on the plane trip home, Tony was careful in how he engaged with Sarah. Tony is aware of how dangerous mental illness can be. Tony also remembers quite well everything that happened with Renee and Anna. So, he is extremely concerned and wants to play this carefully.

Until Sarah can get her memories back, Tony feels that he needs to placate her. At the same time, he doesn’t want Anna losing control and placates her, too. This could be a big mistake, though.

DOOL Spoilers – Catastrophic End?

It is teased that Sarah’s determination to get rid of Anna could escalate. The harder that Sarah pushes, the harder that Anna will push back. In the end, there could be a brutal showdown between the two women.

Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) tries to get Sarah admitted to Bayview. However, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) doesn’t want to traumatize Sarah after everything she’s been through.
