Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) will face off with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Rachel might show she’s inherited her birth mother Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) temper, and might want her mom and dad back together.

Some things about people are passed down genetically, and Rachel is getting to the age where those familial traits start showing. Kristen may be guilty of a lot of bizarre and evil things, but she’s always been a loving mother to her little girl – when she’s been given a chance. Recently, she attempted to give a locket with a photo of herself, Rachel’s father Brady Black, (Eric Martsolf) and baby Rachel together.

Brady quickly put the kibosh on that, and Chloe took Rachel away, locket and all which probably went in the garbage. Rachel’s not too young to sense the friction between her father, her mother, and his girlfriend, and she may soon rebel.

DOOL Spoilers – Rachel Black Is Bonded To Her Mom

Whether Brady and Chloe like it, or even acknowledge it, it’s plain to see that Rachel is bonded to her mom. Her own baby was the thing that Kristen wanted more than anything in her life, and she had even been willing to have a baby implanted in her. She almost had Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) baby implanted when Sarah was considering abortion, but didn’t have to. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (most recently Richard Wharton) found Kristen was pregnant with Brady’s child when he was ready to do the transplant. Rachel hasn’t lived with her mother for many periods of her life, but in spite of that, they have a very deep bond.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Rachel Black Is Bonded To Her Dad

Rachel is deeply bonded to both her mom and her dad, but it would seem not so much to her dad’s girlfriend Chloe. Chloe might find out that Rachel understands much more than what she thinks she does, and lashes out at Chloe talking bad about Kristen. That’s especially if Chloe took a liberty she shouldn’t have taken and thrown the locket away in front of Rachel.

A confrontation of epic proportions may happen when Rachel opens her mouth and her mother comes out. She might even tell Chloe to stay away from her dad, because she wants Brady and Kristen together; and Chloe may do well to listen.
